We offer accounting and IT packages at the managerial level where our customers know exactly the services they will obtain and what the cost for those packages will be. These packages are ideal for companies who have a need to reduce their overall General and Administrative costs, for companies with ongoing specific needs or for companies with defined executable projects with a target deadline. Initially, we help our customers evaluate and asses their needs as well as quantifying the potential savings; it is our policy to be open and honest about the benefits of our packages and/or in the situations where our services are not a fit for the potential customer. Our consulting services are mostly targeted to the strategic level or to the disciplined deployment of the company’s defined strategy. Our consulting packages are designed to analyze and potentially execute based on the client’s specific business situation; in these cases we invest an initial allotment of time to understand the business model, the ownership vision, the managers in place and the particularities of the situation, then we start the implementation of our value improvement processes. The nature of these services and engagements fits better with a very competitive hourly rate.
